Payment rules

The store assigns the eligible payment method.

Customers do not freely switch between COD, deposit, and prepayment. Server rules evaluate the delivery market, city, order value, customer type, and risk signals.

Kenya and eligible cities

Lower-risk, lower-value orders may receive Pay on Delivery, M-Pesa, Paystack, or Flutterwave.

Higher-risk orders

A deposit, prepayment, or mobile-money confirmation can be required before shipment.

United States, UK, and EU

International checkout uses configured card, PayPal, or approved transfer gateways. COD stays hidden unless logistics is explicitly approved.

Server-side price

The order API reads the trusted product catalog. A browser cannot submit its own lower product price.

WooCommerce record

The order is created first and receives an order number, status, assigned payment, and private tracking key.

Merchant setup required

Payment methods appear only after their WooCommerce gateways, merchant credentials, webhooks, and market settings are configured.
